Unfolding CommunitiesThe lost Jews of Unsleben
The view from the cemetery looks west, toward the Village of Unsleben about a mile away. The site is under the protection of the Village of Unsleben. The original site has not been rebuilt, but it is constantly maintained. The graves which were damaged by the Nazis remain unrepaired. Many are anonymous and others have cracked plaques. The video above shows the school children of Bad Neustadt and Mikveh Yisrael cleaning and maintaining the cemetery.
