Im Haus wurde von der Familie Liebenthal eine K\u00e4serei betrieben. Die jungen Familien haben die\u00a0in Leipzig 1892 von ihrem Onkel Hermann gegr\u00fcndete Fa. Zsch\u00f6kel \u00fcbernommen, diese nach\u00a0seinem Tod 1914 nach Unsleben verlagert, hier ein Fabrikgeb\u00e4ude errichtet und 1928 die Villa f\u00fcr\u00a0vier Familien gebaut. Nach deren Emigration hat Hermann M\u00fcller dort eine Limonadenfabrik\u00a0betrieben.
\nNach dem Krieg wurde das Haus von der Familie Koch \u00fcbernommen, dort ein\u00a0Schuhgesch\u00e4ft eingebaut, das sp\u00e4ter f\u00fcr eine Drogerie eingerichtet und gef\u00fchrt wurde.
\nHeute\u00a0befindet sich dort eine Praxis f\u00fcr Physiotherapie.
\nKaroline Liebenthal, deren Ehemann Adolf bereits 1923 verstorben war, konnte 1938 \u00fcber\u00a0Havanna in die USA auswandern.<\/p>\n
